Student Health Records

Westfield Friends School utilizes Magnus Health SMR (Student Medical Record) for all student medical records.  This consolidates paperwork, gives accurate and immediate access to health records for parents and appropriate staff, and provides parents and guardians with “forever” access to their child’s medical records as well as the ability to make updates when needed. Magnus also offers a Personal Health Record (PHR) mobile app allowing parents and guardians to receive secure notifications, keeping parents abreast of health center visits, medication administration, or even a missing form for an upcoming field trip.

To Access Your Magnus Health SMW Account:

Family Portal Student > Medical. In order to download and set up the PHR app, you need to first set up a username and password via the desktop application. Then follow the instructions on this MAGNUS Personal Health Record (PHR) Mobile App Instructions document.
