SUMMER CAMP 2025

Registration opens March 1st

Early Bird Registration: Families registering on or before April 1st do not pay the $100 registration fee.
Registration remains open through May 15th, or until camp spaces are full. 

We welcome children ages 3* (three years by June 1st and completely potty-trained) through rising 3rd graders (have already completed 2nd grade) to join us this summer for our theme-based program bursting with STEM & culinary activities, arts & crafts, indoor and outdoor games & sports, time for reading and reflection, and water play!
*3-year-old campers must be Westfield students. All other ages - Community Friends are welcome!

This year, we're excited to reintroduce many of our favorite summer camp traditions: Wood Park Wednesdays, Movie & Popcorn Day, Music, Art, Yoga with Teacher Laura of Higher Minds, and Sports with our friends from Playtime Sports.

PLUS, on Fridays, campers can order in advance to enjoy lunch bundles featuring Pizza or Hot Dogs (plus juice, apples, carrots, and chips). On Tuesdays, order ahead for Treat Days (Ice Cream, Popsicles, and other refreshing cold treats). Order forms will be distributed before the start of camp.

Extended Care Hours*
(M-F) 7:30 - 8:30am and 4:00 - 5:30pm
*There is no weekly fee for Extended Care. Other than a one-time $100 Extended Care Registration Fee, the price is included in the program's cost.  Only 20 spaces are available.
Advanced registration is required.

Extended Care > 7:30 - 8:30am and 4:00-5:30pm
 Full Days >  8:30am - 4:00pm 
  Half Days >  8:30am - 12:30pm
 
ENROLLMENT OPTIONS
(minimum 2 weeks required)
 
5 Full Days (M-F) 8:30 - 4:00    $430/week
 
5 Half Days (M-F) 8:30 - 12:30    $330 per week
(Rising Preschool 3 and Rising PreK students only)
 

DISCOUNTS!

Register more than one camper and receive our 10% family discount.
Register your student for 5+ weeks and receive a $50 discount.
Register your student for all 8 weeks and receive another $100 discount ($150 total).
