Teacher Molly's 7th-grade class has been studying chemistry.
They ended the year focusing on green chemistry - the design of chemical products and processes that reduce or eliminate the use or generation of hazardous substances.
With the help of alum Jacob Cope ‘11, 7th grade built dye-sensitized solar cells and measured their electrical characteristics! Good thing it was a sunny day!
