Our Kindergarten Class enjoyed an information session with community expert, Architect John Martin. It just so happens that his current project is right here on the campus of Westfield Friends School: Rushmore House. Many of you remember it as the old Bayard's Chocolate House.
The Rushmore House will be the new home of our Preschool 3 learning space! How lucky these students were to be among the first to view the ongoing work!
As an extra special bonus, kindergarteners learned that John Martin is the father of our very own Teacher Paige and Teacher Johnnie!
What a special visit to bring this project to life in Kindergarten!
