Bread of Life Food Pantry Service Project

Westfield will be hosting a “Flash Food Drive” from Nov. 2 through Nov. 8 to provide food for the South Jersey community through the Bread of Life Pantry, in Riverton. The food must be brought to school by Nov. 8th in order for it to be delivered and processed by the food pantry in time for Thanksgiving. The following items have been requested:

Food items desired specifically for Thanksgiving:

• Stuffing

• Instant mashed potatoes 

• Candied yams

• Canned fruit

• Canned gravy

• Cranberry sauce (if you send in cranberry sauce, please add another item from the list)

• Canned corn, beans, etc

General items: 

• Peanut butter

• Jelly

• Juice

• Cereals

• Coffee

• Tea

• Rice

• Pasta

• Soups

• Canned tuna
