  • Application Fee – $50.
  • Deposit to secure place- $700. This payment is credited to the tuition account and will not be refunded.*
  • Tuition fees for 2017-2018:
  • Pre-Kindergarten: 5 full days: $15,760.00
  • Pre-Kindergarten: (5 1/2 days or 3 full days): $10,500
  • Kindergarten – First Grade: $16,500
  • Second Grade through Eighth Grade: $17,460
  • Extended Care – TBD.

All pupils are entered for the entire school year, unless special arrangements are made in advance with the Head of School. Withdrawal at any time during the school year does not release the parents or guardian from responsibility for the full year’s charge, as the school’s expenses do not decline when a student withdraws. Accordingly, Westfield Friends cannot refund tuition under any circumstances. However, if you notify us of the withdrawal by April 28, 2017 prior to the school year, you will not be obligated beyond the deposit already received.

FACTS Management manages Westfield Friends School tuition collection, and each family will be able to manage their own account within this system. All Westfield Friends School families are required to establish a FACTS Management user account and pay tuition through this system.

Please refer to Financial Aid section for important information and dates for applying for tuition assistance for the 2017-2018 school year.

* (If a financial aid award does not meet the financial needs of a family, and the School is notified within 20 days of the date of the award letter that you intend to withdraw your child, you will not be financially obligated for the balance of the year’s tuition and the School will refund the full $700.)
